Habit vs. Intention

Today, Be Conscious. Fully aware of every thought. Every action. If you can - pause. Is what I’m doing or how I’m acting / thinking a Habit? If yes, does this Habit bring me closer to my Divine Purpose? Or push me further away? If you have established good habits, your answer is evident, however if you are like many walking among us, (a person who has not) Do your best to simply Take a Moment today before each word or action and make the Conscious CHOICE to Act From Your Highest Intention. Its difficult at first, but TRY. You will falter. We are humans after all, but with a little practice, and Commitment, soon your bad habits will turn to good ones and your daily life will become filled with thoughts and actions that are filled with Positivity, Peace, and Love.. ;-) xoxo With Love, As Always…..
